If you're not satisfied with your Rootajet Pro, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

• Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Item is in original or lightly used condition with all included accessories.
• Original packaging is preferred but not required.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@rootajetpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Drop the package off with the carrier indicated on the label.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Rootajet Pro arrives damaged or has a defect, email support@rootajetpro.com within 14 days of delivery with photos or video. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every Rootajet Pro is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled separately from the 30-day return window — contact support@rootajetpro.com for warranty service.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
