We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you don't receive it within 3 business days, email support@rootajetpro.com.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@rootajetpro.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
We can update the shipping address before an order ships. Once an order is in transit, we cannot redirect it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
